We would like to introduce some of the special and custom jigs that we have manufactured to meet various demands.

In the tensile and compression testing machine with special fixtures, we introduce some of the special and custom-made fixtures that have been manufactured to meet various requirements. In tensile testing, there are "air chucks, special film chucks, optical fiber tensile fixtures, tape tensile fixtures, lead-free solder testing tensile fixtures, and die-cast product tensile strength fixtures." In compression testing, there are "special compression fixtures, compression fixtures with buffer springs, and compression fixtures with displacement gauges." For bending tests, we have "tile bending fixtures, substrate bending fixtures, four-point bending fixtures, clamp-type bending fixtures, and large special bending fixtures." In peel testing, there are "coating peel fixtures, 90-degree peel fixtures, T-shaped peel fixtures, toner container peel fixtures, and 90-degree special peel fixtures." Zawakawa Forging Industry Co., Ltd. is a company engaged in the manufacturing of cold-forged bearing products, machining of hydraulic pump components, and the production of aluminum machined parts. We have developed our own special jigs for thin-walled turning processing, achieving high-precision machining. Here, we introduce a case where we shortened four processes to two. 【Consultation Details】 ■ Consultant: Construction Machinery Manufacturer ■ Product Name: Ring Component for Internal Gear of Travel Motor ■ Content: When performing lathe machining on thin-walled components, the shape of the product deforms during processing, resulting in a lack of precision (roundness).
